Philtro is a small bootstrapped team based in DC, SF and Ottawa who’ve built a semantic filtering system for Twitter. Philtro is a spam filter for Twitter that lets you rate tweets with a thumb up/down action. It learns from your actions and starts filtering out the irrelevant tweets from your incoming twitter stream.
